Just read, on IGN, that Activision is suing for the rights to modernwarfare3.com.
Apparently, someone bought the rights and first started talking shit about MW3, then made it redirect to BF3. Haha.
Like any other corporation, they sue the little guy for doing something they were not smart enough to prevent.
The worst part is, Activision will win. Especially since they have money enough to bribe the judge who will be seeing their case.
